New hotel, new rooms, polite and attentive staff, on the 49th floor the bartender Mara was very polite along with another friend Makra, who was sensational and whom I even taught how to make a drink from my country. I felt at home in this hotel, I will return again and again, I highly recommend it!

For a 5 star hotel and the Shangri-La brand, you would expect a bit more. The room is fine (a bit smaller in Phnom Penh standard) and clean, but nothing really stands out. Paid $240 per night for Jun 23-24, found Rosewood were offering similar price point but decided to check out Shangri-La since I have not tried it. A bit disappointing and can't really believe they have powder coffee instead of having a Nespresso machine. That's quite below standard and I think the hotel is cheaping out on modern equipment considering the price you paid for this level. Will not stay again since there are much better offering in the similar location.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect, and I had no issues during my visit. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!
